Summary - March
The February robot worked well. The torque of the 12-volt conversion is what we needed to lift our robot onto the platform. We had some wiring issues--coming unplugged and tangled--so we need to focus on making sure that all of the robot's wires are bundled and tied down. The fork did not work as expected. It actually raised the robot off the floor, which ended up being a help. We need to strengthen our proton lift and develop a new idea for an appendage to stop us from driving off the platform.
The team that built the proton lift were in charge of tightening it up and making sure that protons could not become stuck in it. Another team was in charge of developing and building a new appendage. The February robot worked, and we didn't want to change too much of what was working.
